We know that planning a field trip is a big responsibility, so we try to keep it as simple as possible! Here are some more details regarding tickets, payments and what to expect on the day of the performance.

Tickets:

• Each person attending the show (children, teachers and chaperones) needs a ticket.

• Tickets for groups (25+) are $9.00 each - One free ticket for every 25 purchased.

• A 50% deposit is due two weeks after booking your reservation. 

• You may reduce the number of unpaid tickets (no more than 10% of the total number) prior to your final payment due date. Tickets may be added at any time, subject to availability.

• Remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the performance.

• Deposits and final payments are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date.

• We accept credit card payments and checks payable to: AlphaBet Soup Productions, PO Box 85 Lombard, IL 60148

• Seats are assigned upon receipt of full payment. Paper tickets are not issued.

• A credit will be issued for up to 10 absentee ticket holders.

• Please notify us in advance if any special assistance, such as accessible seating, is needed.

 

Performance Day:

• Please arrive at the theater a half hour before the show.

• No food or drink is allowed in the theater and the use of cameras and video equipment is prohibited.

• The seating plan is designed to provide all groups the best view possible, taking into account the date of full payment received, group size, age of the students, special needs in the group, and the adult-to-student ratio.

• Each AlphaBet Soup show runs approximately 60-70 minutes with no intermission.
